5. The most economically advantageous bid will only be determined on the basis of price.

6. Only local bidders can participate in the tender.

7. Viewing the tender document:

8. Bids can be delivered to the address of Merkez Mahallesi Yalı Caddesi No: 1 07980 / Kemer / ANTALYA Kemer Municipality General Documents Service until the date and time of the tender, or can be delivered to the same address via registered mail.

9. Bidders bids shall be submitted in the form of unit price over the total price calculated by multiplying the amount of each work item and the unit prices offered for these work items. As a result of the tender, a unit price contract will be signed with the bidder who received the tender.
In this tender, shall be submitted for the whole work.

10. The bidders will provide a bid bond to be determined by themselves, but not less than 3% of the price they offer.

11. The validity period of the bids is 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the tender.

12. As a consortium, no bid can be given to the tender.

13. Electronic deduction will not be made in this tender.
